Surrounded by fabulous views of the sloping North Downs, this rural setting looks out across the ancient Kings Wood. Perfect in all weathers, this spacious barn offers room for all your guests even if it is raining outside. And when the sun is shining, the vast wooden and glass doors can open out to reveal the fantastic countryside views that surround this glorious location. From the farmyard side of the barn huge wooden doors open out to a view of the farmyard, the pond and the family house which dates back to the 10th Century. This side of the barn enjoys the warmth of the afternoon and evening sun. The other side of the barn has two sets of very large glass doors which open out to a view of the sloping valley and fields beyond.

Great Bower Barn is a dry hire venue. You can have the exact day you have always dreamed of and make it entirely your own.

You will have access to the barn for 3 days which allows plenty of time to set up your own choice of decorations, as well as for the wedding day itself and for clearing up the next day.

You are welcome to choose your own caterers and suppliers or we can happily recommend some local, trusted companies. We also have a kitchen available for your use if required.

There are plenty of memorable areas for your important photo opportunities - around the farmyard and the pond as well as a huge variety of wildlife all around the grounds.

Ample parking for you and your guests is available in the field right next to the barn. There is also a camping area for any guests who would like to camp in their tents over night.

The Barn is located eight miles from Ashford, Canterbury and Faversham and is within easy reach of London and the South Coast.
