Our Grade-II listed Stone Barn with oak floors; timber beams and natural acoustics offer the perfect setting for saying ‘I DO’. We are licensed for civil ceremonies, partnerships, blessings and renewals of vows within the exclusive use of our function room, private bar and outside terrace.

We provide a variety of straight talking packages that make organising your wedding a dream. We can personalise each one to suit your exact needs or create a bespoke wedding tailored entirely for you.

From a small intimate gathering in our Netherwood Suite, to a large wedding with all your friends and family, we can provide you with a truly memorable day.

Your Wedding Ceremony at The Fleece:

We can hold your ceremony here at The Fleece for up to 110 guests for large weddings, but don’t worry; if you are looking for a more intimate day with a smaller guest list we can create the perfect cozy setting for you too.

If you envisage a church wedding, no problem, there are 3 different parish churches only a few miles away in Ripponden. We will be here ready to greet you and your guests with Prosecco and mouth watering Canapés upon your arrival as the newly weds.

Your Lovingly Made Wedding Breakfast:

Our Executive Chef with over 30 years of experience working in Rosette and Michelin standard kitchens across the UK and Europe has lovingly designed and prepared all of our wedding menus.

We have also recently been awarded 2 Rosetted for our food which we are incredibly proud of. From our warming roasts in the Winter months to our delicious dishes in Summer, each menu is specifically designed to cater for your wedding season. We work with locally sourced fresh ingredients to deliver you the perfect Wedding Breakfast.

Evening Reception at The Fleece:

You can dance the night away with our in house DJ, drink fabulous cocktails from our Cocktail Bar and feast on a delicious evening buffet to satisfy all your guests needs.

A Restful Night Sleep at The Fleece:

Our onsite accommodation offers seven beautifully decorated country bedrooms for your nearest and dearest guests to enjoy. Comprising of two family rooms, four double rooms and the bridal suite, you and your guests are sure to have a refreshing nights sleep after a day of celebrations.

In the morning, you and your guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast together to reminisce about your perfect day.
