For small groups or gatherings we offer bespoke accommodation in the wildflower meadow, where guests and nature live in harmony with the utmost glamorous comforts of salon, silk and velvet boudoirs with en suite, kitchen facilities and retro bbqs for al fresco dining on the deck!

The meadow itself is completely enchanting, working its magic on guests with a sense of adventure and a penchant for style! Communal firepit next to the lochan is a must for star gazing under the dark skies just below the legendary Eildon Hills and nearby River Tweed.

Our 1950's Studio offers a large, elegant space to get together with friends and family who are staying with us for celebrations and receptions. Inside, light filled and warm where guests can gather around the huge wood burning stove at its heart.

Enjoy culinary delights seated at several round tables or in a horseshoe around the wood burner. Outside amidst woodland, a Scots Pine Tree grows up through the wooden covered deck, almost reminiscent of Africa and is festooned with solar fairy lights and candlelit with Moroccan lanterns.

We specialise in boutique unique weddings with up to 22 guests staying onsite, with an option to invite just a few more to maximum 35.

Dine as you wish - it's your day! We can recommend experienced and innovative chefs and caterers who can cook up a storm for you; street food style serving you up the most delicious food; tasting menu created by a private chef; seated at tables around the wood burner in the Studio, or go for a more informal vibe.

At Roulotte Retreat we offer the unique experience of practising some of the ancient traditions including tying the knot, jumping the broom, candle ceremony, the oathing stone, sand mandalas and drinking from the quaich.
