Undiscovered, exclusive and wildly romantic, Mapperton was voted Britain’s Finest Manor House by Country Life magazine and has recently been awarded the Historic Houses Garden of the Year Award.

- Exclusive use of the Gardens, grounds and Coach House for both set up the day before and on your special day

- Our luxury three bedroom Garden Cottage including our Bridal Suite, sleeping up to 6 guests, with two nights included as standard

- Our second luxury two bedroom Keepers Cottage sleeping up to 6 guests, with two nights included as standard

- Our rustic barn 17th century Coach House available for your indoor ceremony, wedding breakfast or evening party, with its exposed beams, original stonework and full height ceilings (can seat 120 guests)

- A 9x12m marquee which can be used anywhere within the grounds (can seat up to 100 guests with space to extend)

- Our breath-taking Gardens, set on three levels, from the croquet lawn to the fountain courtyard and the arboretum beyond

- The Garden Pavilion for your outdoor ceremony, with the impressive backdrop of Mapperton House

- The secret Grotto, an alternative space for your ceremony

- Outside the Orangery for your ceremony or your drinks reception, overlooking the pools, statuary and magnificent topiary

At Mapperton, we understand that this is not just another wedding, but Your Wedding. It is perhaps the most important day of your life, and we will go out of our way to ensure it exceeds your highest expectations.

We know that your wedding must be unique, imprinted with your own style and sense of occasion. We can therefore offer our venue as a blank canvas for you to mix your own palette of flowers, props and decoration.

Unlike many other places, Mapperton is not a wedding factory, and we have limited availability throughout the year. We will never hold back-to-back weddings, so you can enjoy access to the venue the afternoon before. In addition, our venue hire includes accommodation for up to 12 people. You receive two nights in our luxury three bedroom Garden Cottage with its glorious Bridal Suite as well as two nights in our two-bedroom Keepers Cottage, giving you the space and time you need to enjoy your big day.
