Larmer Tree Gardens is the perfect venue for a unique, relaxed and quintessentially English country wedding. Located on the Wiltshire-Dorset border, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the venue is set within 11 acres of Victorian pleasure gardens, which are available for your exclusive use.

The gardens hold a unique collection of ornate buildings, ranging from the spectacular Singing Theatre to the magical Roman Temple. The majestic trees and intimate arbours create secrecy and surprise whilst the open lawns provide a perfect setting for reception drinks and a relaxing game of croquet. The magical garden welcomes guests to wander through hidden walkways, unwind on the lawns and to discover the unique charm of this beautiful setting.

You can choose between one indoor and two outdoor locations for your civil ceremony; each setting is wonderfully unique and full of character. If the weather is not on your side, there is no need to worry as we have complete flexibility.

Our in-house caterers will create the most delicious wedding breakfast of your choice. You can dine in the new Pavilion with up to 150 seated guests before heading to the Victorian Jubilee Hall for your evening celebrations.

Our Secret Garden Weddings are truly intimate, special occasions. The mid-week celebrations are held from Monday to Thursday for a maximum of 30 guests. You choose the perfect building for your romantic ceremony and we will provide the lawn marquee for your reception where you can enjoy garden games and delicious food. The roaming peacocks and free-flying macaws complete the beautiful setting for a unique, enchanting atmosphere.
