The Kings Chapel is a truly breathtaking find for your special day! Set in the heart of this picture postcard town our 18th Century chapel boasts a spectacular domed ceiling and glittering chandeliers sure to set your heart fluttering. The “I do” room (Main Hall if we want to be specific) has a beautifully distinctive shape, boasting an original pulpit from 1906 and mezzanine gallery. Tie the knot in our "I do" room or if you're dreaming of an outdoor ceremony we can host the vows in our beautiful walled garden. Follow the nuptials with a glass of fizz or your favourite tipple, delicious canapes and photos in our grounds and surrounding areas of Old Amersham.

We can seat up to 120 guests for a scrumptious feast and your guests are sure to be 'wowed' by our culinary excellence. From a traditional roast dinner or five course feast, to a relaxed BBQ or hog roast we can cater to all taste buds and are happy to create a bespoke menu for your special day. We pride ourselves on flexibility, this allows us to describe ourselves as a “blank canvas” venue.

With our sister hotels the Kings Arms Hotel & The Crown Inn next door, there is a total of 82 bedrooms for all your travelling guests to snuggle down after all that dancing! Then follow up the celebration on the first morning of being newlyweds (eek, exciting thought!) and enjoy breakfast with your guests in the hotel before you leave for your honeymoon!

Our quirky 4* hotel bedrooms are set in an 18th Century Old Coaching Inn, full of character & history. Although recently refurbished; the low ceilings, wooden beams & crooked floors will take you back in time. We also offer disabled access & family suites so everyone can enjoy the party!

Set in the Old Town on the High Street, Old Amersham is on the Metropolitan line, a 20 minute journey from Central London and a 20 minute taxi journey from London Heathrow. We also offer plenty of free onsite parking, convenient for your guests coming from all areas to celebrate with you.
