Built in the 1730s, Kelmarsh Hall is an elegant Palladian style country house surrounded by historic gardens, which have been restored to evoke their early 20th Century designs, with a unique walled garden at the heart. The house has grand, elegant 18th Century architecture and the surrounding estate makes it a stunning backdrop for your day. This exclusive-use venue is tucked away in tranquil isolation, guaranteeing wedding parties the freedom and privacy for their celebrations.

Kelmarsh is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships for as many as 500 guests! You could hold your ceremony, followed by a wedding breakfast for 100 guests and evening reception for up to 175 within the Hall. For grander events, the luxury marquee can accommodate a huge 500 guests and Tepee's for up to 150 guests. For the more extravagant celebrations, there is space beyond the lake for larger marquees.

The stunning gardens of Kelmarsh Hall provide a fantastic space for wedding events. From the formal terraces to the intimate flower gardens, the grounds are not only beautiful but make spectacular backdrops for your important wedding photographs. Additionally, your guests may enjoy exploring the estate through the woodland walks.

The restored Orangery can also hold ceremonies and receptions and boasts outstanding views across the parkland. The space is ideal for more intimate celebrations and can accommodate up to 40 guests for your service and up to 32 for a lunch or afternoon tea.

While there is no accommodation on site, there are a number of gorgeous accommodations nearby and Kelmarsh provide a room for the happy couple, included in the venue hire fee. For additional overnight accommodation, there are several local establishments with whom we have agreed special rates for Kelmarsh weddings.
