Crockwell is an idyllic wedding venue in rural Northamptonshire where weddings take place over three days giving you time to relax and enjoy the experience. Situated in beautiful surroundings next to the Oxfordshire and Warwickshire borders it is the perfect location for weddings.

Crockwell is a working family farm which has been hosting weddings since 2002. The venue consists of the old stone farm buildings that house the beautiful ceremony barn, honeymoon cottage and rustic bar which adjoins a large starlit marquee with panoramic views over the Northamptonshire countryside.

Couples can choose to marry in the barn, marquee or for an outside ceremony there is the romantic Orchard Pavilion featuring a tree-lined aisle. Crockwell boasts extensive gardens which look beautiful throughout the year and offer plentiful photo opportunities. There is an outside bar for summer receptions and plenty of space for garden games and al fresco fun.

The wedding breakfast takes place in the large marquee, where fairy lights abound and the wonderful views make it a truly magical place for a celebration. When the sun sets, revellers make their way onto the secret dance floor where the evening party kicks off. We welcome loud live bands and DJ sets and encourage you to party the night away.

Add to this our guest accommodation of nine spacious bedrooms within the farm cottages including six family rooms. Our rooms retain the character of the stone farm buildings they once were, but are wonderfully comfortable with power showers and fur throws as well as homemade cakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. For the night of your wedding you can have exclusive use of all bedrooms – should you require them. We have 7 rooms on site and a recently refurbished two bedroom cottage one mile away in the village of Eydon. With family rooms and sofa beds it is possible to accommodate up to twenty-six guests in total.

Further to the accommodation here at Crockwell, we have compiled a list of local B&B’s and hotels for your guests. We operate an informal taxi service to local villages, at a small cost.
