As you drive through the main gates, follow the romantic tree lined driveway as it opens out onto beautiful sweeping grounds, featuring a two-acre pond with picturesque wooden bridge, all encapsulated by ancient forestry. All of this creates the perfect backdrop for the main feature, the castle itself. The regal interiors are adorned with antique furniture and paintings, providing your guests with an authentic Scottish castle experience.

At Drumtochty Castle we are lucky to have a large estate where we farm our own venison and shoot various wild game in season which we showcase on our wedding menu. Our estate to plate approach also aligns with our belief of using all local suppliers where possible. Our produce is then prepared on site, by our resident chefs, in our custom built kitchen facility. You and your wedding guests will be catered for throughout the day with a menu you won’t forget!

And for the night of your wedding, Drumtochty Castle can accommodate up to 99 guests across the estate, from the castle, wings, stables and lodges. Our palatial bridal suite, with decadent ensuite and dressing room is decorated with soft and romantic interiors. Lots of natural light and with enough space to fit your whole bridal party makes it ideal for hair and make-up prep. Drumtochty Castle’s bridal suite offers the perfect setting to relax and get ready for your big day.
