Crowcombe Court is a beautiful Grade 1 Listed mansion sitting in a sheltered position on the edge of the Quantock Hills. We offer civil ceremonies for up to 100 guests and evening receptions for up to 150. We have beautiful grounds, 4 stunning function suites, a honeymoon suite, bedrooms for your guests and the best bit…. every wedding we have has exclusive use of the venue!

The Great Hall is a beautiful room for a civil ceremony with intricate, original Italian plasterwork providing a grand and luxurious backdrop in which to exchange your vows. The Victorian Ballroom makes for a wonderful setting for your formal wedding breakfast and can seat up to 100 of your guests. With its high ceilings and stunning chandeliers, it is a beautiful room for you to celebrate your first meal as a married couple. Or The Carew Room is ideal for smaller, more intimate wedding ceremonies and is a wonderful option if an outdoor ceremony is not possible due to adverse weather conditions. It can also be used for a drinks reception after your ceremony. We have also recently added an outdoor wedding ceremony area meaning you have the choice of five different function areas in which to get married.

The stunning grounds at Crowcombe Court offer the perfect backdrop for your photos. The grounds boast a natural spring, delightful hydrangea beds, a croquet lawn and a lawned circle in front of the house. There is also a Victorian kitchen garden and a wild woodland.

We have recently created a specifically designed "Getting Ready Room" for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in on the morning of your wedding. You will have access from 9am and the room has hair and makeup stations, mirrors, an ensuite bathroom and plenty of room for your pre-wedding champagne and photos!

After the formal elements of the wedding celebration, guests can dance the night away in the Vaulted Undercroft. Often described by guests as ‘your own private nightclub’, the setting is magical and bands or DJs really enjoy performing in such a unique location. Who doesn't want to finish their special day in their personal nightclub with their loved ones?

After the celebrations, retire to The Honeymoon Suite - a beautiful room boasting a four-poster bed, a luxurious bathroom with both a roll top bath and shower and this suite is included in all of our wedding packages. And for your guests.... within the main house at Crowcombe Court there are 11 magnificent bedrooms as well as 3 apartments adjacent to the house which can also be booked.
