With a wide choice of beautiful private rooms, we will assist with planning your celebration. You can be confident your party will be perfect, right down to the last tiny detail. It's often all the little things which help to create the right atmosphere. We can assist across the board – table decorations, flowers, themed decor, stationery, magicians, bands, discos, casino tables, photographers, red carpets – we even have our own LED sparkly lit dancefloor!

We have a range of delightful rooms of different shapes and sizes available for you to use throughout your special day for both your ceremony and reception. We will outline the various areas within the hotel that are available to you and the ones best matched for the size and style of your special event so that you can make an informed decision on the areas in which you would like to spend your big day. Balbirnie has seven quite different private dining areas which can accommodate anything from small private dining parties to larger weddings for up to 216. The food is quite simply delicious and we are very open to discussing your own bespoke ideas too if you have any particular ideas in mind!

We are delighted to offer special rates for accommodation for your wedding guests, both for the night of your wedding and the night before if required. We have 31 lovely bedrooms at Balbirnie, plus one self-contained Triplex apartment. All rooms are contained within our Grade A listed Georgian mansion and each is a blend of period style and modern luxury. Balbirnie is also available for exclusive use if you would like to have the whole house to yourselves for the ultimate seclusion and privacy for you and your guests.
