Built in 1903, Voewood is an outstanding expression of the 'Arts and Craft' aesthetic. The house is surrounded by 11 acres of woodland and gorgeous gardens and because Voewood is fully licensed for civil ceremonies, you can be married anywhere you like. It’s rare to have exclusive use of such a fabulous private house, but when you host a special occasion at Voewood it will feel like your own special place. However you plan to celebrate, when you hire Voewood you have exclusive use of the house and 11 acres of grounds for 2/3 nights. In addition to this, we are a no-corkage venue and you are free to choose your own suppliers.

41 guests can be accommodated in the house in 17 unique bedrooms and all bedlinen, bath towels, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment is included. Make use of the large country house kitchen with a double aga for your wedding reception and the Grand Hall can accommodate 120 seated guests for dining along with a spacious area for dancing the night away.
