Exclusive Barn Weddings

Choose from three beautiful ceremony spaces, welcoming 15 to 260 guests. Each has its own character, and all make the most of the estate's idyllic waterside views.

The Hop Barn is rustic and refined, with fairy lights, hop-clad beams and exposed brick. French doors open onto a large terrace overlooking the estuary.

If you'd rather marry outdoors, the Oak Gazebo looks out over the Rose Garden to the estuary beyond, and hosts ceremonies from April to October.

Spring Barn is a second barn option; a bright, contemporary space for large celebrations. Light pours through vast estuary-facing windows beneath a cathedral-height oak frame. As the sun goes down, its own bar, lounge and festoon-lit courtyard with a large brick fireplace carry the celebration through to up to 350 guests in the evening.

Between the ceremony and the dancing, a 16th century private pub, waterside terraces and gardens are all yours for the day, along with two getting-ready rooms for both sides of the wedding party.

Estate To Plate Wedding Dining

Owned by a third generation local farming family, it's no surprise that your wedding dining is built on estate-to-plate produce, from the kitchen garden, the family farm and wider Kent, all in the hands of award-winning chefs. Sit your guests down to a three-course wedding breakfast with three choices per course, or let them help themselves at relaxed sharing platters. Evening guests are just as well fed, with a variety of exciting options to keep the night going. Well-stocked bars are filled with quality Kentish tipples, branded favourites and an excellent non-alcoholic selection, to keep the celebrations flowing.

Wedding Accommodation

Your wedding day will pass in a happy blur, so take the opportunity to extend your celebrations. Eleven individually styled guest rooms and five self-catering cottages sleep up to 75 of your guests on the estate, so breakfast the next morning becomes part of the celebration too. Many couples also choose a two-day wedding package, gathering everyone the evening before for a relaxed pre-party, followed by the wedding day itself and a farewell breakfast.

Up to three personal planning meetings and a dedicated planning portal keep everything on track, with a wedding tasting evening for full day weddings, perhaps our couples' favourite part of the process. You'll meet your Venue Host during planning, ready to be with you quietly on the day itself, alongside a wedding assistant helping make everything perfect that morning.
