The Barn at Brynich is a beautifully converted 17th Century hay barn set in a stunning rural location in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. With a friendly, practical approach, our team offers guests the flexibility to enjoy this wonderful setting in exactly the way that they choose.

With its original oak beams, open fireplace and flagstone floor, the Barn is a gorgeous Grade II Listed building refurbished to the highest standards. A truly unique setting for your wedding day.

The Barn is licensed for marriages and we can accommodate up to 120 seated guests for the wedding ceremony. Your ceremony can be as personal to you as you like, with your choice of music, readings and decoration. No two couples are the same, so why should their weddings be?

The reception and evening celebrations can also be tailored precisely to your needs. We can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests for a formal, seated daytime reception and 120 when hiring the Grain Shed. If you would like a larger reception we have plenty of space in our garden for a marquee, tipi or yurt that could accommodate around 120 of your guests.

In addition, our stunning self-catering accommodation sleeps up to 22 of your guests for the whole weekend – giving you space and time with your closest friends and family to make the most of the delightful setting and this important occasion.

At Brynich we try to minimise our impact on the environment: we use power and water sensibly and generate at least 50% of our electricity using solar energy; we make every effort to manage our land in a way that protects our biodiversity (in 2020 we planted 10,000 trees on the farm) and have a realistic environmental policy that we can stick to.

Brynich has been in the Jones family since 1966, starting life as the family farm and evolving over the years to the business you see today. We have a small dedicated team who make sure you have everything you need in the lead up to your wedding and are always on hand during your stay. Nothing is ever too much trouble for our staff and they all take pride in making every event a success.
