Talton Lodge and Talton House are located amongst 34 acres of parkland, woodland, orchard and gardens in south Warwickshire, just 10 minutes from the Cotswolds and Stratford-Upon-Avon. It's like a private members country manor house and magical festival site with no private membership required.

We provide the Manor House, lawns and gardens, two linked giant hat tipi marquees in the walled Kitchen Garden, fully operational cocktail capable bars during the day in the garden room and by night in the pavilion to serve paid drinks or your BYO. Our wonderful chefs & staff can help design your perfect event and we offer up to 50 beds for your guests plus 3 days exclusive access.

Talton House is an 18th Century manor house with varied and numerous reception rooms, which can sleep up to 23 wedding guests in 9-10 bedrooms. The lawn in front of Talton House has been the scene of some beautiful blessings and drinks receptions with the 300 year old house, ancient acacia trees, stunning gardens and the pond acting as a fabulous backdrop for both gatherings and photographs. Additional facilities include a hot tub, a games room, an astro tennis court and croquet lawns, all of which will help to keep your guests entertained. Upstairs, Talton House lives up to its Manor House credentials. It is designed for decadent comfort but remains fun and frivolous too. Friends and family of all generations who prefer home-comforts and luxuries like roll-top baths, hand-made soaps and divine beds, can feel totally at home in Talton House's diverse accommodation.

Talton Lodge comprises a walled Kitchen Garden and a converted 18th Century barn. The Kitchen Garden once fed those living in Talton House but is now your beautiful festival style gathering site. It has the rooms you associate with a large house but with gardens in between: a big kitchen, a bar, a veranda with sitting room, a dancing room, a dining room in the giant hat tipis and 3 wetrooms. There are 5 bedrooms spread amongst the yurts, tipis, wagon and tree boathouse... it makes for a unique wedding venue. With the adjacent barn, Talton Lodge can sleep up to 28.

For large events and wedding receptions the venue fee gives you exclusive access to all parts of Talton from Friday morning until Sunday night so there's plenty of time to put your own spin on things too. Some guests might enjoy a luxury ensuite bedroom with roll-top bath and hand-made soaps whilst others might love staying in an orchard wagon or yurt with rocking chair decking in the walled Kitchen Garden. We're even wheelchair friendly with accessible bedrooms and bathrooms.

Operating since 2008, we have gleaned from our experience of hosting events of all kinds that the essential ingredient for a brilliant celebration is to surprise your guests using changes in scenery and atmosphere and by stimulating their senses with complementary contrasts eg The Manor House and lawns AND the Festival Marquee (Giant Tipis) in the hidden walled garden.

At Talton we are passionate about rearing and growing our own food or sourcing local ingredients. We also love to cook with wood ovens and BBQs. For all day events and receptions it's good to break the day down into food related portions. Beautifully crafted canapés and sparkling wine on the lawn under 300 year old acacia trees with a solo singer, AND THEN move on to a wedding breakfast and festival style party in the giant hat tipis in the walled kitchen garden. You might opt for your main course to be cooked in the wood fired oven or have a live soul band perform from the deck of the tree-boathouse. There's a pavilion bar and we have full or part BYO options that include beer, lager and cider on tap.

The Queen Anne Manor House in tandem with the festival atmosphere of the walled Kitchen Garden make a magical, unique venue, which can be exclusively yours.
