Rylands Farmhouse is a renowned location for celebrations offering exclusive use accommodation and a magical Tipi events space. Positioned just 5 minutes from Wilmslow and 20 minutes from Manchester, this rural setting is enchantingly accessible. Our Twin hat Tipi has capacity for up to 100 seated guests and can accommodate 170 for an evening reception or a less formal occasion.

We are a fully licensed venue catering for all types of ceremonies and blessings. For smaller parties we use the intimate space within the Glassroom (up to 45 guests) and for larger groups we transform the Tipi (up to 100 guests). We are specialists at making sure your day runs smoothly and feels extra special.

Our hotel accommodation is available to hire exclusively making sure your guests get a good night’s sleep with minimal walking required at the end of the night. We have 12 luxury bedrooms with interiors to match the tranquil countryside location and can accommodate up to 29 guests onsite.

NEW to Rylands Farmhouse for 2025 this is our stunning space to get wedding ready in. Perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids to ensure complete privacy and ultimate relaxation. Take a seat at the prep table with your bridal party. This space can also be transformed into another boutique bedroom. It includes a private bathroom with shower, kitchen area with toaster, kettle and mini fridge and overlooks gorgeous fields with only the horses as your neighbour. Access is from 7am so you can ensure there is enough time to get ready for your special day.

Drinks at Rylands Farmhouse are served up by our amazing in-house team. We know how important your reception drinks are and proudly offer a range of packages for you to choose from. From champagne to delicious mocktails we like to make sure everyone has a glass ready to toast to your celebration.
