Welcome to Pylewell, our unique country house venue. From bedrooms to bars, ceremony spaces to party places, we invite you to make our home yours for a few days.

We do things differently here and throw the traditional wedding rulebook out the window. It’s your day, your way! We don't believe in set packages, so every wedding and event is unique, fabulous, and personal. Our brochure will give you a glimpse of what we offer, but we can't wait to meet you in person, brainstorm ideas, browse Pinterest, and help plan the best party of your life!

Wedding Ceremony

Our sail structure is the epitome of romance for exchanging vows, offering sweeping views of the Solent and Isle of Wight. Three elegant sailcloth pieces overlap, forming a graceful canopy that accommodates 150 guests. Situated on the balustrade, this setting is available from April to September, providing both waterproof shelter and refreshing shade for hot summer days.

For winter weddings or inclement weather, we offer three licensed rooms in the house. Additionally, St Mary’s Church is conveniently located just beyond the driveway.

Wine & Dine

Food is a key part of your wedding, and our three caterers share our dining philosophy. Instead of set packages, you have the freedom to create your own menus. Whether you prefer buffets, grazing boards, dessert stations, plated courses, or a BBQ, the options are endless!

We are passionate about highlighting local produce and presenting the finest from Hampshire, ensuring a flexible and enjoyable dining experience.

Pylewell Pavilion

One-of-a-kind wedding venue. A dreamy blank canvas for a style savvy bride, it has beautiful Farrow & Ball adorned walls, a built-in bar, bathrooms and a kitchen, a floor-to-ceiling glass front with views overlooking the Solent and a dance floor to boogie the night away.

Outside a terrace adorned with festoon lighting, firepits and pretty pots and planters offers plenty of space for evening food trucks and alfresco cocktails.

Accommodation

Pylewell House offers 13 bedrooms for you and your bridal party. Each room is vibrant and full of character, providing a cozy spot for a restful sleep the night before. They also offer beautiful settings for your pre-wedding preparations and photos.

After the celebration, you can unwind with a few drinks in the house before retiring upstairs to bed.
