Situated in rural Dorset with amazing views over Duncliffe woods and in an extremely peaceful location, Dorset Woodland Weddings offers both a barn and woodland ceremony option before a stunning marquee reception in a 25-acre site.

There is plenty of space to embrace your dream wedding ideas, with camping and car parking plus mains electricity and water.

We farm organically and so at all times of the year the reception site is surrounded by centuries old pasture and hedges underlaid with wildflowers. There are no overhead wires in sight to blight the bucolic view but there is no need to camp as there are three holiday cottages sleeping a total of 17 people within walking distance. Other accommodation is available nearby.

Our beautiful traditional marquee is large enough to easily seat 150 people and has a canvas roof for the lights to twinkle through at night when your guests may be outside gathering around our two large fire pits or sitting on the hay bales.

Bluebells abound in the wood during the spring followed by swathes of cow parsley and the walk from the marquee to the woodland is through a field of pasture and buttercups.
