Nestled away in the countryside of Northamptonshire, Dodmoor House is a romantic converted barn, exclusive for you on your wedding day. Dodmoor is a family-run venue that passionately believes in giving your wedding the personal touch it deserves.

The barns at Dodmoor House date back just over 400 years, but it isn't just limited to history, with a recent renovation of the barns offering the hint of modern luxury.

Dodmoor can cater for up to 90-96 guests for a civil ceremony in the Courtyard Barn. The landscaped courtyard is the central feature of Dodmoor House, acting as the stylish focal point for the venue.

The flagstone upper patio level is perfect for drinks receptions throughout the year, with guests mingling as photos are taken either on the steps or against a colourful backdrop by the arbour. During the evening, this space works really well for additional seating during the summer or for a sparkler arch during the colder winter! The secluded lower level of the courtyard provides plenty of seating (complete with heaters), while low-level lighting and candles provide warmth and a romantic atmosphere for guests in the evening.

You can delight in a seated wedding breakfast in the Catesby Barn, seating up to 180 guests for evening celebrations. Fairy lights sparkle on the tie bars across the ceiling and the balcony railings, while candles in heart-shaped holders flicker around the walls and window sills.

Colourful baskets of flowers or paper lanterns can be hung from pulley systems in the centre of the room to create a dramatic effect, or you can use our modern candelabras to add to the soft lighting, especially in winter.
