Set within the idyllic village of Chiddingstone, you can hold your ceremony in the castle grounds, our rooms, or in the 13th century church of St Mary’s.

Drinks can also be enjoyed at the Orangery, on the Raised South Lawn or our rustic cobbled Tom Close courtyard, perfect for castle weddings in Kent.

We are able to accommodate a range of guest numbers, from micro weddings to larger groups up to 80 for a wedding breakfast in the Great Hall, followed by an evening reception of up to 120.

We regularly erect our marquee in the grounds which gives you freedom to invite up to 120 guests for the full day from ceremony through to evening reception.

During the winter, or in wet weather, the ceremony is by no means compromised by coming inside to the majestic Great Hall, a grand, formal room of Tudor heritage reflected in its oak panelling.

An aisle is created from the Print Room behind and, following the ceremony, drinks and canapés can be served in the White Rose Drawing Room adjacent. It is a light and elegant room with breath-taking views of the Weald and walls hung with paintings of the Stuart monarchs.
