Caerhyn is a family farm with panoramic views situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside of the Towy Valley in Carmarthenshire. We offer a relaxed, quietly supportive approach, giving you the flexibility to tailor every part of your day, your way. The venue will be exclusively yours meaning you can relax in the knowledge you will only be surrounded by cherished friends and family.

You don't have to worry about the neighbours as we are surrounded by fields and you will have access to the property two days before the event allowing you plenty of time to prepare the venue exactly as you have dreamed of.

We have two converted stone barns which are exclusively yours for your special day. The barns can be hired for the whole weekend from Thursday through to Sunday. They are in a courtyard setting and are accessed by an undercover oak-framed walkway.

INSIDE
The wedding barn has an oak framed gallery with oak floors upstairs for guests to relax on our comfy sofas; downstairs we have a drinks bar and a dancing area. The second barn is a beautiful rustic barn with an oak floor. This is a versatile space (seating 100-120 guests): it can be the setting for ceremonies, receptions or dancing. Our barns can be tailored to suit all your requirements.


OUTSIDE
The external courtyard has space for a marquee which can seat up to 180 guests. There is also a unique tree house for the exclusive use of the newly weds. We have a landscaped garden and patio area in which your guests can sit and relax and a level lawned area for the children to play in. There are also surrounding fields which can be used for overnight camping by your guests. The gardens and surrounding fields offer an excellent panoramic backdrop for plenty of photo opportunities.

As it's your special day, we believe you should be able to choose your own caterers. We have a special covered area for your caterers to use. We are happy to recommend caterers if you would like us to do so. They will be able to offer a variety of menus to suit all tastes and budgets. We can also help you with other local suppliers such as florists and photographers.

WEDDING ACCOMMODATION
We have a third converted barn that offers spacious, self-catering accommodation for you to enjoy during your wedding at Caerhyn. It has 4 bedrooms on the first floor and can sleep up to 10 guests. The treehouse is a private place for the bride and groom to spend some quiet time together.
